The following display shows a typical result when
restore announcements
is
entered.
restore disk
This command copies all information from the tape device in the specified SPE to
the disk device on the same carrier. Defaults are a full restore and, if the SPE is
duplicated, both SPEs.
NOTE:
The restore command can take up to 1 hour to complete. Avoid pressing
the ENTER key on the keyboard during this time, since doing so will cause
the result messages to be lost.
disk
This specifies copying the announcement data stored on the disk device. Disk
is the default device.
tape
This specifies copying the announcement data stored on the tape device.
Processor
The SPE from whose MSS device the announcement data was copied.

Status
This field indicates the results of the command execution an gives a
self-explanatory reason for any failures.
Error Code
A number indicating whether the announcement file was successfully
restored to the announcement board:
0 = The restore was successful.
1 = The restore failed.
