SFS CSL call CSL name failed with return code rc, reason code rs. optional (file
or directory being processed)
Explanation: A call to an SFS CSL routine failed.
System Action: See following server messages.
User Response: Check the return and reason codes in the System Messages and
Codes manual, Callable Services Library (CSL) Reason Codes section, for
information on the problem and on the action needed to correct it.
ANR5416E (S/390)
Minidisk device class cannot be used with SFS file file name.
Explanation: A device class of DEVTYPE=FILE is defined with FILEMODE=
where the file mode letter is associated with an SFS directory. Device classes
defined with DEVTYPE=FILE and FILEMODE= parameters can only be associated
with an accessed minidisk (CMS file mode letter A-Z).
System Action: File is not used.
User Response: When using a minidisk, define the DEVTYPE=FILE device class
with the FILEMODE= parameter. When using an SFS directory, use the
DIRECTORY= parameter.
ANR5417E (S/390)
File file name already exists, it cannot be created.
Explanation: The server attempted to create a new file using file name but
received indication that the file already exists. The server will create a new file after
it determines that the file named file name is not in its database. The server will
append to an existing file with the name file name only if it exists in its database.
The server will not overwrite an existing file.
System Action: File is not used.
User Response: The file named file name must either be renamed or erased.
ANR5418E (S/390)
File file name cannot be used.
Explanation: The server found that the file file name exists in its database, but
either was accessed as read-only or the file did not exist on the minidisk identified
by the file mode letter or the file did not exist in the SFS directory.
System Action: File is not used.
