this message and correct any problems, if possible. Make sure that the server has
proper authority to write to the file indicated and that there is sufficient space in the
file system for the file. On MVS, make sure that the data set has been allocated and
that the server has authority to write to the data set.
ANR4512E A database transaction failure was encountered in processing sequential volume
history information.
Explanation: While attempting to process sequential volume history information,
the server encountered a database transaction error.
System Action: The operation fails. Usage for a sequential volume was not
properly recorded for later reference.
