there are one or more licenses registered that will expire on the date specified. This
i usually the case when you have been using evaluation licenses prior to purchasing
the server for NT.
System Action: Server operation continues.
User Response: Halt the server and erase the nodelock file in the server startup
directory. After restarting the server, use the REGISTER LICENSE command to
define the licensed features that you have purchased with your NT server. These
licenses should NOT have an expiration date, so this message should not appear
after re-registering the proper licenses. If this message persists, contact your service
representative.
ANR9958I (AS/400)
An EVALUATION LICENSE for all device features will expire on expiration
date.
Explanation: The ADSM/400 Server is distributed with an evaluation license for
device support modules. If no formal license is found for server and the evaluation
period has not lapsed, this message is displayed each time the server checks the
server license terms.
System Action: The device support module specified is used to determine if the
server is in compliance with license terms with respect to the devices in use by the
server.
User Response: If you are interested in using the ADSM server, please contact
your service representative to obtain formal licenses for the server before the
evaluation period has elapsed. Without formal licenses, certain devices will not be
accessible by the ADSM server after the expiration date shown.
