Term Definition
Text messages The term ‘text messages’ refers to e-mail
messages or messages with binary
attachments, stored on the message store.
The message store may be a Microsoft
Exchange server, an IBM Lotus Domino
server, or an Avaya Message Storage Server
(MSS).
Corporate e-mail The term ‘corporate e-mail messages’ refers
to e-mail messages stored on the corporate
e-mail system. The corporate e-mail system
may be a Microsoft Exchange server, an
IBM Lotus Domino server, or any other
e-mail system.
