Installing the library hardw are
This section provides step-by-step instructions for installing the
library hardware. Use the following table as a checklist.

If you have a rack-mount model, install the library
into a rack.

Unlock and open the door.

Remove the packing foam.

Prepare and install cartridges.
5
Install the cartridge magazines.
6
Install a cleaning cartridge.
7
Close and lock the front door.
8
Connect the library to the SCSI bus.
9
Connect the power cord.

Power on the library.
