Connecting a monitor
You can display the list of groups or tracks to be played, copying/recoMing settings or the list of setting itmns/m tim monitor b} connecting
the monitor to this unit. Connect the S VIDEO.jack or the VIDEO .jack whichever available on your monitor.

• Installingbatteries
1 • Press the hook (_) of the battery cover to remove it.
2. Insert 2 batteries (AA, UM-3 or R6 type) according to
the polarity markings on the inside of the battery
compartment.
3. Close the cover until it snaps into place.

Battery replacement
If you lind that the remote control must he used closer to tiffs unit
than usual, the batteries are weak. Replace bolb batteries with new
ones.
Notes on batteries
• Use only AA, UM-3, or R6 type batteries lor replacement.
• Do not mix a new battery with a used one.
• A rechargeable battery cannot be used.
• Do not mix dilli_rent types of battery.
• Do not attempt to short out the batteries by directly connecting the
plus (+) and the minus ( ) with a piece of metah
• Rmnove the batteries if the remote control will not be used for all
extended period of time.
• If the batteries leak. dispose of them immediately, taking care not
to touch the battery fluid. If the battery fluid comes into contact
with your eyes, mouth, or skin. rinse it off with water immediately,
and consult a doctor. Clean the batte Wcompartment thoroughly
before installing new batteries.

the conlponent.
• Do not spill any liquid on or drop the rmnote controh Do not
place it near a heater or ill the bathroom where the temperature
and humidity become high.
• Make sum the remote control sensor is not exposed to direct
sunlight or strong lights. If it is, it may not lhnction correctly.
