“Memory Stick Voice Editor“

“No Message Folder exists in Drive ‘XX‘.
Would you like to create new Message
Folder?“
To display and edit messages on the
“Memory Stick Voice Editor“ and the IC
recorder, you need a VOICE folder and a
message list file. Click [Yes] to create the
message folder. If you click [No], the
[Select Drive] dialog box will be displayed.
“Message has been modified. Updating
the Message List File...“
The message data differs from those saved
in the message list file . Click [OK] to
update the message list file to reflect the
change.
“Cannot delete the folder named
“FOLDER01.” The folder contains files or
folders that are not MSV format.“
You cannot delete a folder containing files
of types other than MSV files. Move or
delete the files of types other than MSV
files on Windows Explorer.
“No disk space for creating temporary file.
Cannot restore the original file.“
When you delete a message, it is copied
temporarily onto a temporary file. If the
disk space is limited in the TEMP area, you
cannot restore the original file by selecting
[Undo] from the [Edit] menu.
“No more space available on selected
drive. (An additional ?? KB is needed.)“
There is not enough disk space available in
the destination drive to save the messages.
Secure sufficient space before trying to save
the messages.
“The specified folder already exists.
Please rename the folder.“
A folder with the same name exists in the
destination folder.
“Cannot add message. No disk space
available in message management area.“
Because of the system limitations in the
“Memory Stick“, the message or folder
cannot be added.
“Could not add these files because of
incompatible file format.“
You are trying to add a file of a file type
that the “Memory Stick Voice Editor“ does
not support.
“This drive is locked. Release the lock.“
The write-protect switch of the “Memory
Stick“ is set to “LOCK” (page 11). Set it to
the write-enable position.
“Cannot move/add a message. The
number of messages in the folder exceeds
999.“
You can only save up to 999 messages in a
folder. Delete unnecessary messages or
move them to another folder.
“Cannot change message name.
This file is read-only.“
The message is a read-only file. Open the
[Properties] window of the message on the
Windows Explorer and remove the check
for [Read-Only].
