Updating of libraries
Libraries in the PC or player can be updated.
Updating a library automatically
Every library in the player is updated automatically when audio data is transferred in it. (The library is also up-
dated when the music information of KXD files is edited.)
A library in the PC can be updated only when it is located in the sync folder. Note that the audio data that can be
registered in the libraries in the player is only the data transferred to it using Kenwood Media Application.

POINT :
A library is not updated automatically after deletion or renaming of files using the Explorer. In this case, it is required to
update the library manually.
Updating a library manually
POINT :
If the updating operation is aborted due to an error, remove the cause of the error before retrying updating.

Click on [PC] or [PD] tab.
The libraries in the PC or player are displayed.

Open [Tool] menu and click on [Library update].
The library selected in step 1 is updated.
