In case of difficulty
Player cannot be launched because the firmware of the built-in HDD of the player is destroyed.

Connection the PC and player.

Launch the Explorer on the PC.

Open the folder in which [KWSYSTEM] is installed.
Select [Local Disk] \ [Program Files] \ [KENWOOD] \ [HD20GA7] and double-click on [BACKUP] to open the
folder in which the firmware is installed.

Copy the [KWSYSTEM] folder in the folder opened in step 3 to the player.
