Operations Common to Each Mode
2. Touch on the setting item display to
select the desired adjustment item under
“PL II CONT”.
The adjustment items are “PANORAMA”,
“DIMENSION” and “CTR WIDTH”.

3. Either touch on the right of the
display, or turn the [ROTARY] knob and
adjust the item as desired.
∗ Select “YES” or “NO” for “PANORAMA”.
∗ “DIMENSION” can be adjusted within the
range 0 to 6.
∗ “CTR WIDTH” can be adjusted within the
range 0 to 7.
4. Press the [A] button to return to the original
mode.
Displaying the Sirius ID No.
(SID DISP)
• This item can be set only when Sirius is
connected.
1. Press the [A] button to set to the adjust
mode.
2. Touch on the setting item display to
select “SID DISP” under “TUNER”.

3. Either touch on the right of the
display, or turn the [ROTARY] knob to switch
between the display for the upper 6 digits
and the lower 6 digits.
4. Press the [A] button to return to the original
mode.
AUX function
This system has an external RCA input so you
can listen to sounds and music from external
devices connected to this unit.
Setting the input level (AUX
SENS) of portable audio (AUX
mode)
This function allows you to set the input level of
optional external devices connected to this unit.
• The factory default setting is “MID”.
1. Press the [A] button to set to the adjust
mode.
2. Touch on the setting item display to
select “AUX SENS” under “SETTING”.

3. Either touch on the right of the
display, or turn the [ROTARY] knob to set
the input level.
∗ Select one of LOW, MID or HIGH.
4. Press the [A] button to return to the original
mode.
Performing a system check
This function allows you to perform a system
check from the adjust mode when required.
1. Press the [A] button to set to the adjust
mode.
2. Touch on the setting item display to
select “SYSTEM CHECK” under
“SETTING”.

3. Touch and hold START for 1 second or
longer.
“System Check” appears on the display.
4. Press the [ROTARY] knob.
The system check starts.
When the system check is complete,
“Completed” appears on the display.
5. Press the [ROTARY] knob again.
The main display for the radio mode
appears.
