After a Free Workout session
Once your session is stopped (either automatically or manually), a log of the
session automatically appears. This log shows important information about the
session and your physical conditions. It also provides graphs showing the
changes of your speed and heart rate during the session.
Keep in mind that you can use the convenient software included with the BF-1
to more easily manage, view and even print the logs and graphs of all your
exercise sessions.
When the Free Workout session is stopped, the first log display appears:
Use the / (Up/Down) buttons to scroll through the display pages to view all
log entries and graphs. The graph displays in pages 3/4 and 4/4 in particular
give you easy-to-understand indication of how your pace and heart rate
changed over the time of the session.
n
Since the distance, pace, calories or heart rate values in the logs are estimated based on the
User Settings, they may differ from the actual values.

These log displays are the same as those in the Data menu of the Top Menu, and can be viewed
at any time from the Data menu (the logs of latest 99 workouts are saved in the device).
To exit from the Log display pages, press the [MENU] button to return to the
Free Workout display or hold the [MENU] button to return to the Top Menu.
