Various Play Mode
Functions (Program Play, Shuffle
Play, Repeat Play, A-B Repeat Play)
You can set the following play modes:
• Program Play (page 28)
• Shuffle Play (page 30)
• Repeat Play (page 31)
• A-B Repeat Play (page 32)
If you have set a play mode, the play mode is
displayed when you turn on the player.
Notes
• The play mode is canceled when you unhook the
buckle, or disconnect the power source
(rechargeable battery or AC power adaptor).
• To set Program Play, Shuffle Play and Repeat Play
on VIDEO CDs with PBC functions, disactivate the
PBC functions (page 27).
Creating your own program (Program
Play)
You can play the contents of the discs in the
order you want by arranging the order of the
titles, chapters, or tracks to create your own
program. You can program up to 99 titles,
chapters, and tracks.
1 When the player is stopped, while
pressing SHIFT, press V 3 times for a
DVD or twice for a CD or VIDEO CD.
The Control Menu is displayed.
2 Press v/V to select
(PROGRAM), then press ENTER.
The options for “PROGRAM” appear.
3 Press v/V to select “SETt,” then
press ENTER.
The display for programming appears.
4 Press B.
Now you can select a title on the DVD, or
a track on the CD.
