Preparation
1 Turn on the power to this receiver by pressing the
POWER ON/STANDBY
(For U.S.A. and Canada) or
the- ON/STANDBY
(For Europe and Australia) key (or
the POWER RCVR key on the remote).
2 Double-click on shortcut icon
on the desktop to
launch the KENWOOD PC SERVER.
Playback of Network Server

Log into the PC server and its libraries.
1 Use the INPUT SELECTOR key (or the Network Server
key) to select "NET SERVER".
When the “NET SERVER” input is selected, the OSD function
on the TV screen is activated and detection of the server starts.
SEARCHING
2 Use the MULTI CONTROL %/fi (or Multi %/fi keys) to
select the PC server to be logged in, and press the
ENTER (or the Enter key).
Up to sixteen PC servers can be logged in.

Certain time may be taken before the PC server is connected.
When the KENWOOD PC SERVER software is installed in the PC,
libraries can be constructed by grouping contents and their contents can
be played back. The contents should be edited and/or deleted before
connection to the PC server.
If there is no server that can be logged in, the following warn-
ing message is displayed.

Use the MULTI CONTROL @ / # (or the Multi @ / # keys)
to select "SETUP" or "RETRY", and press the ENTER (or
the Enter key) .
1 "SETUP": The setup display appears to allow correction
of inappropriate settings.
2 "RETRY": The server detection is retried.

Select a library in the home display.
The home menu is displayed when a PC server is logged in.
Now the contents imported using the KENWOOD PC SERVER can
be played back on this unit.
Use the MULTI CONTROL %/fi/@ / # (or the Multi %/
fi/@ / # keys) to select "MOVIE", "MUSIC" or "PHOTO",
and press the ENTER (or the Enter key) .

Operation icons in the home display:
1 "MOVIE": Select to display the “MOVIE LIBRARY” dis-
play. (The same operation is also available by pressing
the Movie key)
2 "MUSIC": Select to display the “MUSIC LIBRARY” dis-
play. (The same operation is also available by pressing
the Music key)
3 "PHOTO": Select to display the “PHOTO LIBRARY” dis-
play. (The same operation is also available by pressing
the Photo key)
