Auto Channel Set
Perform Auto Channel Set only if channels have not been set
correctly by the Plug & Play setting.
1 Press HDD or DVD so that the HDD or DVD lamp lights up on
the unit.
2 Press SET UP to access the Main Menu screen.
3 Press DE to select AINITIAL SET UPB, then press G.
4 Press DE to select ATUNER
SETB, then press G.
5 Press FGDE to select AAUTO
CH SETB, then press ENTER.
You can automatically set the
receivable channels in your
area in the order of their
frequencies.
● When Auto Channel Set is
complete, ASCAN
COMPLETEDB appears on the
TV screen.
● If the scan was unsuccessful, ASCAN COMPLETED –NO
SIGNAL–B appears on screen. Check the connections and start
again.
6 Press SET UP to complete the setting.
Manual Channel Set
You can add the channels you want or delete the channels you do
not want manually.
1 Press HDD or DVD so that the HDD or DVD lamp lights up on
the unit.
2 Press SET UP to access the Main Menu screen.
3 Press DE to select AINITIAL SET UPB, then press ENTER.
4 Press DE to select ATUNER SETB, then press G.
5 Press FGDE to select AMANUAL CH SETB, then press
ENTER.
6 Add or skip the desired
channels.
To add channels
A Press FG to select ACHB, then
press ENTER.
B Press the number keys to enter
a channel number you want to
add, then press ENTER.
C Press FG to select AADD/SKIPB, then press ENTER.
D Press FG to select AADDB, then press ENTER.
E Repeat B – D to add other channels.
To skip channels
A Press FG to select ACHB, then press ENTER.
B Press FG to select a channel number you want to skip, then
press ENTER.
C Press FG to select AADD/SKIPB, then press ENTER.
D Press FG to select ASKIPB, then press ENTER.
E Repeat B – D to skip other channels.
7 Press SET UP to complete the setting.
Tuner Set
● Turn on the unit.
● Turn on the TV and select the AV mode.
● Slide the TV/CABLE/DBS/DVD switch to DVD.
INFORMATION
The unit selects the correct band (TV or CATV) automatically
during Auto Channel Set. The selected band will be displayed on
the right side of ABANDB on the Tuner Set screen.
