Error messages Cause Solution
FAILED TO CONNECT
CHECK YOUR CONNECTION
AND TRY AGAIN
This product is not connected
correctly to the printer.
Reconnect this product and the
printer correctly.
NO PAPER
There is no paper in the printer. Load some paper in the printer.
NO INK IN PRINTER
The printer has run out of ink. Replace the ink cartridge in the
printer.
PAPER JAM
Paper is jammed in the printer. Remove jammed paper.
PRINTER SETTINGS HAVE
CHANGED
An operation has performed on the
printer, such as removing the
paper tray, etc.
Do not operate the printer while
setting for direct printing.
PRINTER ERROR
An error has occurred. Turn off this product and the
printer, check the printer
condition, and turn them on again.
