To check or add money to your balance, access your Virgin Mobile account.
Check account balance
To retrieve your account balance, select Menu > My Account. The current balance
is sent to your phone as a Virgin Alert.
Note: When your account has no balance, calls may only be possible
to the official emergency number programmed into the phone.
Top Up your account
Top Up is how money is added to your Virgin Mobile account. You can Top Up from
your phone by using a purchased Top Up card or a credit/debit card registered
with Virgin Mobile:
1. Select Menu > My Account > Top-Up.
2. Select either a Top Up card or a debit/credit card and follow the prompts.
