Your printer and computer may not be
communicating correctly. Make sure that
you are using the correct interface cable,
that the communication protocol is correct,
and that the interface cable is securely
plugged in. See pages
3-13
and g-11. See

information.
The top of form position may be incorrect.
Adjust the top of form position
as described

3-33.
If the problem persists, check
your software program’s top margin setting
and change it if necessary.
