can also set a DIP switch to cancel
condensed mode. To do this, turn off the
printer, turn off DIP switch l-l, and then
turn on the printer. See page

Your printer and computer may not be
communicating correctly. Make sure that
you are using the correct interface cable,
that the communication protocol is correct,
and that the interface cable is securely
plugged in. See pages
3-13
and g-11. See
your computer manual for more
information.
The top of form position may be incorrect.
Adjust the top of form position
as described
on page
3-33.
If the problem persists, check
your software program’s top margin setting
and change it if necessary.
