value, at the option ofPUSA or POC, without charget

you need to present your sales receipt or, if rented, your rental contract showing place and date of originalowner’s transaction. If shippingthe unit you will need to pa ckage
it carefully and send it, transportation prepaid by atraceable, insured method, to an Authorized Service
Company. Package the product usingadequate paddingmaterialto
preventdamageintransit. Theoriginalcontainer isideal forthispurpose. Includeyour name,addressand telephone numberwhere youcanbereachedduringbusinesshours.

ResolutionProgramtoresolve thedispute. TheComplaint ResolutionProgramisavailabletoyou withoutcharge.Youare required touse theComplaintResolutionProgram
before you exercise any rights under, or seekany remedies, created by Title I of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-FederalTrade Commission Improvement Act,
15 U.S.C. 2301 etseq.
To use theComplaint ResolutionProgramcall 1-800-421-1404 and explain tothecustomerservicerepresentative theproblemyou are experiencing, stepsyou havetaken
tohavethe productrepairedduringthe warrantyperiodand thenameoftheauthorizedDistributor/Dealer fromwhomthePioneer productwaspurchased. Afterthe complaint
has been explainedtotherepresentative,aresolutionnumberwillbeissued. Within 40daysofreceivingyourcomplaint, Pioneerwillinvestigate
the disputeandwilleither:
(1) respondtoyour complaint inwritinginformingyouwhat actionPioneerwilltake,andinwhattimeperiod,toresolve the dispute; or(2)respondtoyour complaint inwriting
informing you why it will not take any action.
