Changing a Folder Name
You can change the folder name of folders
that can be used to store files recorded
using the IC recorder.
You can choose a new folder name from the
16 templates.
1 Select the folder for which you want to
change the name from the (Voice) tab
of the folder list.
2 Select the (Edit) tab t “Change
Folder Name” in the menu when the IC
recorder is in the stop mode, and then
press
N/ENT.
3 Press v or V on the control button to
select a favorite folder name, and then
press
N/ENT.
You can choose a new folder name from
the 16 templates below.
Conference, Meeting, Lecture, Class,
Music, Singing, Interview, Language
Lesson, Travel, Outdoors, Message,
Schedule, Shopping List, To Do, Voice
Notes, FOLDER
“Executing...” appears in the display
window and the folder name will be
changed.
4 Press x STOP to exit the menu mode.
z Tips
• You can specify the same folder name up to
10 times. When you specify a folder name
that already exists, a suffix made up of a
sequential number (2 to 10) is added to the
name of the new folder.
