foraperiodof five(5)yearsfromthe dateoforiginalretailpurchase fromaPolkAudioAuthorizedDealer.
Furthermore,PolkAudio,Inc., warrants,totheoriginalretail purchaseronly,thatany AMPLIFIEROROTHERELECTRONIC
COMPONENTthatmaybe includedinthisPolkAudio LoudspeakerProductwillbefree fromdefectsinmaterialandwork-
manshipforaperiod ofthree(3)yearsyears fromthedateoforiginalretail purchasefromaPolkAudio AuthorizedDealer.

DefectiveProductsmustbe shipped,togetherwithproofof purchase,prepaidinsuredtothe PolkAudioAuthorizedDealer
fromwhomyoupurchased theProduct,ortothe Factoryat2550BritanniaBoulevard, SuiteA,SanDiego,California92154.
Productsmustbeshipped intheoriginalshippingcontainer oritsequivalent;inany casetheriskoflossor damageintransit
istobeborne byyou.Ifuponexamination attheFactoryorPolk AudioAuthorizedDealeritisdetermined thattheunitwas
defectiveinmaterialsor workmanshipatanytimeduring thisWarrantyperiod,PolkAudioorthe PolkAudioAuthorizedDealer
will,atitsoption, repairorreplacethisProduct atnoadditionalcharge,except assetforthbelow. Allreplacedpartsand
Productsbecometheproperty ofPolkAudio.Productsreplaced orrepairedunderthiswarrantywill bereturnedtoyou,
withinareasonabletime, freightprepaid.
Thiswarrantydoesnot includeserviceorpartsto repairdamagecausedbyaccident,disaster,misuse,abuse,negligence,
inadequatepackingorshipping procedures,commercialuse,voltageinputs inexcessoftheratedmaximum oftheunit,cos-
meticappearanceofcabinetry notdirectlyattributabletodefect inmaterialsorworkmanship,or service,repair,ormodification
oftheProductwhich hasnotbeenauthorizedor approvedbyPolkAudio.Thiswarranty shallterminateiftheSerial number
ontheProducthas beenremoved,tamperedwithor defaced.
Thiswarrantyisin lieuofallotherexpressed Warranties. IfthisProductisdefective inmaterialsorworkmanshipaswarranted
above,yoursoleremedy shall be repairorreplacementasprovided above.InnoeventwillPolk Audio,Inc.beliableto youfor
anyincidentalorconsequential damagesarisingoutofthe useorinabilitytousethe Product,evenifPolkAudio, Inc.oraPolk
AudioAuthorizedDealerhas beenadvisedofthepossibility ofsuchdamages,orforany claimbyanyotherparty.Somestates
donotallowthe exclusion or limitationofconsequentialdamages,so theabovelimitationandexclusionmay notapplytoyou.
Allimpliedwarrantieson thisProductarelimitedto thedurationofthisexpressedWarranty.Somestatesdonotallowlimita-
tiononhowlong animpliedWarrantylasts,sotheabove limitationsmaynotapplyto you.ThisWarrantygivesyouspecific
legalrights,andyou alsomayhaveotherrights whichvaryfromstateto state.
ThisWarrantyappliesonlyto ProductspurchasedinCanada,theUnited StatesofAmerica,itspossessions, andU.S.
andNATOarmedforces exchangesandaudioclubs.
TheWarrantytermsandconditions applicabletoProductspurchasedinother countriesareavailablefromthe PolkAudio
AuthorizedDistributorsinsuch countries.
