Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Make sure you are using the correct paper size. Also make
sure you are using paper that meets the specifications for this
printer.
4. Reinstall the paper tray in the lower cassette.
5. Press the
Continue
button. The jammed page’s print data is
automatically reprinted.
1. Open the printer cover and remove the Imaging Cartridge.

Warning:
Opening the printer cover exposes the fuser, which is marked
by a CAUTION Hot Surface Avoid Contact label. Be careful
not to touch the fuser.
2. Gently pull out the paper. If it tears, make sure you remove
any pieces remaining in the printer.
The printer stops and the Paper Jam message appears.
