Make sure of the followings before you consider as any malfunctions :
1. Are all the connections correct?
2. Are all system components being operated correctly in accordance with the operating instructions?
3. Are the speakers and amplifier functioning correctly?

Media is not detected. No Source • A SD card is not inserted correctly.
• A USB drive is not connected correctly.
• Remove and reinsert the media.
• Connect a USB drive correctly again.
The file cannot be displayed. No Track • The playback file has some problem. • Check if the file is recorded correctly.
Media error Unformat • An inserted SD card or USB drive cannot be
recognized.
• Use the normally recorded and applicable media.
FWD/RWD is disabled. VBR • A VBR file is in FWD or RWD. • Check the MP3 file.
File error is displayed. TrackError • File format error • Check the file format.
EEPROM error is displayed. EEPROM Err • EEPROM Read/Write error • Request servicing.
Updating error is displayed. UpdateErr1 • Updating operation is disabled. • Check the updating file.
Updating error is displayed. UpdateErr2 • Writing to ROM is failed. • Request servicing.
Internal error is displayed. E XXXXXXXX • Internal error occurs. • Request servicing.
*Warning: Normal start up may not be obtained on some USB HDD.
