■ Handled audio files as “track” and playing audio file
• A folder (also called a “directory”) is a hierarchical level.
• After setting media device and searching for all audio files, the DN-F300 assigns each
audio file a track number.
• For example in the illustration below, at first each audio file is assigned a track number.
• Folder-AAA, folder-BBB, and folder-DDD contain audio files and can be selected for
operations. But folder-CCC is excluded from operations. Folder-CCC does not contain
audio files, and is excluded from operations.
ROOT (folder number 01)
AAA (folder number 02)
BBB (folder number 04)
CCC
DDD (folder number 03)
bbb001.mp3
bbb002.txt
aaa001.mp3
ddd001.mp3
rrr001.mp3
rrr002.wav
• The maximum number of folders is 999 (including the root directory).
• If 2,000 or more files exist, files 1 to 1,999 will be played.
Files 2,000 and after will not be played back.
• Folder layers are a maximum of 9 (including the root directory)
• A filename can be 63 characters in full path. (alphabetics in capital and lower-case letters,
numerics, symbols (complying with FAT))
• A folder that does not include the file to be played has no folder number.
