Replay of mixed material
When you’ve completed your last mixdown session
or your MP3 recording, press the
EXIT key to enter
MP3 play mode, as shown on the display (the
MP3
key turns flashing, and then solid green). Your mixes
have been added to the head of the program list.
Play back the MP3 mixes or recordings, either using
the program list features, as described in "Playing
back the list" on page 13, or in single mode.
Using the F. key to enter MP3 play mode
A new function is available to allow one-touch MP3
play mode. You can use this mode as an alternative to
the one described above.
1 Press and hold the
F. key for a couple of sec-
onds or so to show the list of possible key
assignments.
2 Use the cursor pad to scroll to the bottom of
the list:
3 Press
ENTER to assign the F. key to the MP3
play mode. The display briefly shows the
assignment, and then returns to the previous
display.
4 You can now press the
F. key briefly from any
display to enter MP3 play mode. The
MP3
key light will flash green and then light solid
green.
When you have entered MP3 play mode in this way,
exit by pressing the
MP3 key as described below.
Returning to tracking mode
From the MP3 play mode, return to the tracking
mode by pressing the
MP3 key one more time.
The key flashes while the display shows
TRACKING mode... and then goes out.
You may now continue recording the tracks.
