User registration information.
A MusicMatch USA user registration
form will appear on the screen.
If you have an e-mail address, we
recommend that you register online.
If not, uncheck the “Recommended
options”, type in your name and age,
“a@a.a” for the section asking for an e-
mail address, and the country you live
in. Then click on <Next>.
