1 Connect the copyboard’s printer connector with the printer’s USB connector using the
supplied USB cable.

For page printers
When installing the printer for the first time, remove the protective sheet for use during transportation from the image
drum cartridge before connecting the power cord. (For directions on removing the sheet, see the printer’s operating
instructions.)
2 Use the power cable supplied with the printer to connect the AC INPUT power connector
of the printer with the wall outlet.
Note
The printer’s AC power adapter (either the included adapter or one that has been confirmed to operate properly) may
differ from the one described on the connections diagrams (it could be of the built-in type or imposed type), but the con-
nection procedures are the same.
3 This completes the connection of the printer.
