Symptom
The unit does

Possible Cause
AC cord is not plugged properly
into a wall outlet or the connector
is not plugged into the AC IN
jack on the back of the unit.

Solution
Plug the AC cord into a wall outlet and plug the
connector into the AC IN jack on the unit.
Plug another device into the same out outlet to
confirm the outlet is working.
Make sure the dock insert is properly fit for your
iPod.
Remove your iPod from the dock and check for
obstruction on the connectors in the dock and
on your iPod. Then reseat it in the dock.

your iPod manual for info on resetting the iPod.

Slightly rotate the AM loop antenna position for
the best reception.
Move the AM loop antenna away from the unit
to avoid interference.
Check that if the plug of the FM antenna wire
connects properly with the FM antenna terminal
at the rear of the unit.
Straighten the FM antenna wire away from the
unit and stretch out the end point of the antenna
wire into “T” shape and placed the “T” shape
antenna rear the window for better reception.
