Using the Bluetooth status icons
Viewing your Bluetooth headphones
To view a list of Bluetooth headphones:
1 Press (Menu). The main menu opens.
2 Select Settings, then press (Play/Pause).
3 Select Bluetooth, then press (Play/Pause). The Bluetooth menu opens.
4 Select Device List, then press (Play/Pause).
5 Select the device you want to manage, then press (Play/Pause).
Icon Description
Bluetooth Disabled—Bluetooth is turned off.
Bluetooth Disconnected—Bluetooth is turned on, but not connected to headphones.
Bluetooth Connected—Bluetooth is turned on and connected to headphones.
Note
You must put your headphones into pairing mode before you start the search using the Insignia player. This is
typically done by holding the power button on your headset after turning it on. The LED on your headset will start
flashing a sequence indicating that it is in pairing mode. See the instruction manual for your headset for the exact
procedure to put it in pairing mode.
