Setting the Clock
1. Press and hold the H Time Set Button until the date disappears and the display begins flashing.
2. Press the L Reverse or S Forward Button to set the time. Holding a button for a few seconds will
advance or reverse the time rapidly. Set the correct AM/PM time, shown by the PM Indicator on the display.
3. After setting the time, press the T Enter Button or wait ten seconds to return the display to the normal
display mode. The calendar will appear and the unit will beep twice.
Setting the Calendar
1. It is important to set the correct date in order to use the 7-5-2 Alarm. Press and hold the I Date Set /
7-5-2 Button until the display flashes and the year replaces the month/day at the bottom of the display.
2. Press the L Reverse or S Forward Button to set the correct year, and then press the T Enter Button.
The unit will beep and the display will show the month and day. Again, press the L Reverse and S
Forward Buttons to set the current date.
3. After setting the date, press the T Enter Button or wait ten seconds to return to the normal display mode.
Setting the Time and Date
Playing Compact Discs
1. Press the Open Door Button and place a CD on the spindle with the printed side facing out, then gently
close the CD Player door.
2. Press the C CD Play/Pause Button once. The display will show “On” before returning to the clock display.
The first track will start playing, and the bottom of the display will show the CD Track Indicator.
3. Adjust the volume using the D Volume Buttons.
4. To pause the CD, press the C CD Play/Pause Button while the CD is playing. The display will show the
Pause Indicator (//). Press the C CD Play/Pause Button again to continue play.
5. Press the S Forward Button to skip to the next track. Press the L Reverse Button to return to the
beginning of the current track. Press the L Reverse Button again to skip to the previous track.
6. To stop play before the CD has ended, press the
F
Off/Reset Button.
