To turn off the receiver
Press "/1 on the remote. The receiver enters
standby mode and the STANDBY indicator
lights up in red. To turn off the receiver
completely, press POWER on the receiver.
While playing a disc, do not turn off the receiver
by pressing POWER. Doing so may cancel the
menu settings. When you turn off the receiver,
first press x to stop playback and then press "/1
on the remote.
Saving power in standby mode
Press "/1 on the remote once.
Tip
While the receiver is in standby mode, the STANDBY
indicator on the receiver lights up.
To cancel standby mode
Press "/1 on the remote once.
Additional operations
* You cannot pause during JPEG playback.
Notes
• Do not push the disc tray when closing it. Press Z on
the receiver or OPEN/CLOSE on the remote to close
the disc tray.
• If DVD playback is paused for approximately one
hour, the receiver automatically turns off.
