Introduction
STANDBY indicator
Lights when the power cord is connected and the XV-
1000BK is at standby. When the XV-1000BK turns on,
the STANDBY indicator goes off.
POWER
Switches the power on and the player to standby.
RESUME indicator
Lights when a point to be resumed is stored.
LINEAR PCM indicator
Lights when linear PCM audio is played back by DVD
or CD.
96kHz SAMPLING indicator
Lights when the sampling frequency of linear PCM
audio played back by DVD is 96kHz.
Remote sensor
PHONES
Connection terminal for headphones.
PHONES LEVEL
Adjusts the listening level of headphones connected to
the PHONES jack.
Display
Indicates the current status of the XV-1000BK.
DVD indicator
Lights when a DVD disc is inserted.
It blinks just after a disc is inserted.
Disc tray
Used to load discs.
