E4 WORLD RECORDER MANUAL
RECORDING FROM THE RADIO OR LINE-IN
Before recording you must decide whether you want to record onto the
SD/MMC card or onto ash memory.
To record from the radio, turn it on and tune to the station that you wish
to record from. Switch to the MP3 mode and select weather you want to
record to the SD or ash memory, then switch back to the radio mode and
press red colored REC button. Stop recording by pressing the red colored
stop button (the MW button).
To record your voice from the radio’s built-in microphone, turn on the
radio, select the MP3 player, where you want to record to and press the
red colored REC button (the STEREO button). Stop recording by pressing
the red colored stop button (the MW button).
TO PLAY WHAT YOU’VE RECORDED FROM THE
RADIO OR LINE-IN
Turn on the radio, then go to the MP3 player, select the SD/MMC card or
ash memory and select VOICE le mode with the M button. Press the
folder button (MEM button) and while the folder is in the display, press
the -+ button to select the le that you wish to play and press the play
button (the FM button), or simply press the play button (the FM button)
and play will be sequential. Note that folder names have automatically
been replaced with numbers, e.g. 01, 02, 03, etc.
LINE-IN JACK OF E4
You can play from another audio source by connecting it to the line-in of
the E4. This audio source can be an MP3 player, CD, cassette recorder, etc.
Plug the other source’s line-out jack or earphone output jack into the
G4’s line-in jack. Turn the other source on and its sound is heard from the
G4’s speaker.
