Set “Record Time”：
1) System setting interface
2) Short-press MODE key to enter Record Time setting screen
3) Short-press VOL+ to set time starting with year (VOL- to set from opposite
direction)
4) Short-press NEXT key to increase value (PREV key to decrease)
5) Press MODE key to exit after finishing adjustment
