It is more convenient if you are using a Fixed IP Address from your ISP, rather than Dynamic.
However, you can use the Dynamic DNS feature, described in the following section, to allow
users to connect to your Virtual Servers using a URL, rather than an IP Address.
Voice QoS
QoS is a popular feature that “guarantees” better service to selected traffic on a
network. The goal in configuring QoS is to give priority and attention to certain devices
or services so that they can use the maximum available throughput and speed
available on a certain network when it is needed.
Voice QoS Screen
The Voice QoS screen is reached by the Voice QoS link under the Router Configuration menu.
An example screen is shown below

Use this to Enable or Disable Voice QoS functionality as required.
Assured Bandwidth
for Voice
Enter the amount of bandwidth you would like to reserve for VoIP
packets. To determine how much bandwidth you will require,
multiply the number of potential simultaneous connections
(channels / ports) by the current codec you are implementing.
G.711 PCM 64kbps + Packet Header information = 80±5 Kbps
G.723.1A (5.3, 6.3kbps) + Packet Header information =
10kbps ±2 kbps
G.729AB (8kbps) = 12 ±4 kbps
Default codec is G.729AB. Therefore, if all FXO and FXS ports
are being used, (4 Ports) multiplied by the default compression
codec G.729AB at 16kbps would yield roughly 72kbps.
