RECORDINGMEASUREMENTS(DATALOGGING)
The meter’s datalogger collects measurement information over a user‐specified
duration(samplingrate).Adataloggingrecordingsessionismadeupofoneormore
measurement records with each record including a
measurement summary representing the duration of
therecordingsession.
1. Setthemeterrotaryswitchtothemetersetting
to
belogged.(ExampleV~tologACvolts).
2. ConnecttheblackleadtotheCOMjackandthe
RedleadtotheVjack.
3. Datalog:PresstheF2key(SAVE)andthenpositionthemenuselectornextto
themenuitemLOGand presstheOKkeyto
openthedataloggingconfiguration
screen.
4. TherecordingsessionDurationandSamplerateareuser‐programmable.These
twoparametersinteractinthatonesettingvariablemayadjusttheothertofit
therecordingsessionintheavailablememory.Adjustthesebyusingtheupand
downmenuarrowstoselecteither
DurationorSample rate.PressOKkeyto
select.PressF1key(E DIT)toedittheparameter,presstheOKkeytoenable
editing.Usetheleftandrightmenuarrowkeystoselecttheunittochange,
pressF1key(OK)tosaveyourchanges.
Thepercentageofmemory
availableatthebeginningofarecordingsessionis
displayedbelowthedurationandsampleintervalsettings.
5. PresstheF2key(START)tostartdatalogging.
6. To change either of the two recording variables use the cursor buttons to
positionthe menuselector nextto the desiredmenu item and
press thekey
labeledEDIT.Usethearrowkeystomovebetween,andtoset,eachdigitofthe
selectedvariable.
7. PressthekeylabeledSTARTtostartrecording.
8. Therecordingsessionwillcontinueuntiltheallocatedmemoryisconsumed,the
batteries expire, the rotary switch is moved, or the session is terminated by
pressingthekeylabeledSTOP.
