FAULT
PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
No Sound from the
Boombox Speakers
“ANTENNA ERROR”

Intermittent Operation
Boombox does not operate
using batteries
System does not turn on
Mode Selector push-button is in incorrect
position
Headphones installed
Check for obstacles over or around
antenna
SP-R1 Receiver not firmly seated in
cradle
Satellite antenna not connected to
Boombox rear panel
Low battery level
As long as the AC Power Adapter is
attached to the rear panel of the
Boombox, battery operation is disabled
Batteries not installed or installed
incorrectly
SP-R1 Receiver power is set to OFF
“ACQUIRING SIGNAL”
Message
Press button for desired audio signal
(Satellite Radio or AUX input)
Remove headphones
Change location to eliminate nearby
obstacles (bridges, etc.)
Press the SP-R1 Receiver lower left
and right sides to ensure that the
connectors are firmly mated
Connect satellite antenna to
Boombox rear panel
Replace batteries
Remove power connector from
rear panel of the Boombox
Install batteries observing correct
polarity
Turn SP-R1 Receiver power on using
the Power on/off button
