Make sure your local volt-
age matches the 4.5V voltage
of the adapter.
Remove the batteries
from the Player.
Connect the adapter to
the Player's 4.5V DC jack and
to an AC power outlet.
Powered will appear briefly
on the display (if there are no
batteries in the Player).
Always disconnect the
adapter from the AC power
outlet if you are not using it.
