l2, then press the Navigation control 2.

Scroll to Contrast by pushing the Navigation
control towards
▲ or ▼, then press the
Navigation control.

Push the Navigation control towards m or
l to decrease/increase the contrast, then
press the Navigation control.

Press the MENU/Lock button twice to exit and
return to the Music Player menu.
