Maintaining
Handling CDs
• Remove the CD from the case by holding it at the edges while
pressing down on the center hole lightly.
• Do not touch the shiny surface of the CD or bend the CD.
• Place the CD into the tray with the label facing up.
A CD is inserted, but
tracks are not
displayed.
The CD is inserted
incorrectly.
Make sure that the
CD is inserted with
the label toward the
display.
The CD is dirty. Clean the CD. For

on page 29.
The CD is scratched
or warped.
Use a different CD.
Moisture has formed
inside the CD deck.
Remove the CD and
leave the CD door
open for about an
hour to dry.

a CD do not played
normally.
