LISTENING TO THE RADIO
1.) Press the POWER button to turn the unit ‘On’. The power indicator appears in
the display.
2.) Set the FUNCTION selector to the desired band, AM or FM.
3.) Turn the TUNING control to find the desired station. If you tune to a FM Stereo
station the FM STEREO indicator light comes on.
4.) Adjust the VOLUME control to the desired level.
5.) When you are finished listening press the POWER button to turn the unit ‘Off’.
The power indicator disappears.
Antenna Information
AM
The AM ferrite bar antenna is inside the cabinet. If
AM reception is unsatisfactory try turning the entire
unit slightly until you find the position that provides
the best reception for the desired station.
FM
Make sure the FM lead wire antenna is extended to it’s full length. You may have to
vary the direction of the wire antenna to find the position that provides the best
reception.
