Instructions for Returning Defective Product for Repair or Exchange
1. Cut this page out and complete the Warranty Return form with product information,
your name, the address that returned product should be shipped to, telephone
number, purchase information, and a brief description why product is being
returned.
2. Attach a copy of your purchase receipt and $15 cashiers check or money order
payable to “Advanced Global Technology, LLC” to the form to cover handling and
return shipping costs, and enclose both in the box with your defective product.
Return all parts that came with the product, whether they are defective or not.
3. Address the returned product to:

4. We recommend that you ship the product using UPS Ground or a carrier that can
provide you with tracking information. Advanced Global Technology is not
responsible for product that is not delivered to the above address.
5. Advanced Global Technology will return your exchange product in 2-3 weeks using
UPS Ground.
