You should only make changes in this menu if the receiver is connected
to a different receiving system with different properties or if changes
have been made to the receiving system.
You should therefore carefully follow the instructions for your satellite
system. However, before each change you should note the settings on
the form at the end of this operating manual.
You reach the “DiSEqC[UFO] Setup” menu using the
key in the Installation menu.
This menu option is used to specify whether the 22 kHz signal is to be
used to switch between the upper and lower frequency ranges for a
satellite (low/high) or between two satellite positions.
If more than four control criteria are requried in a receiving system, a
DiSEqC™ control signal is required.
Which of the setting options - Tone Burst or DiSEqC™ - is required
depends on the components of the receiving system.
You should therefore refer to the descriptions of the existing
components (switching matrices) of the receiving system.

The switching criteria and the input assignment of the
switching matrices must be observed. You should therefore follow
the description of the switching matrices or contact the engineer
who installed the receiving system.
If the receiver is operated in a receiving system with two or more
DiSEqC™ switching matrices connected in series (cascaded), the
DiSEqC™ command must be repeated.
In this case, set the DiSEqC™ Repeat menu option to “1” or “2”.
