First, download DirectX 9.0 (or later) onto your computer. Next, open the Video file on you computer that you
had a problem converting and try playing it, if the Video does not play, then this means that the Video Codec
you are trying to convert has a compatibility issue with your PC and cannot be converted using the MP860
Video Converter.
Cannot view Photo files on my MP860
The MP860 only supports “.JPG,” “.BMP”, “.GIF”, and “.PNG” Photo files, please ensure that the photo is
one of these files types.
Cannot read E-book files on my MP860
The MP860 only supports “.TXT” E-book files, please ensure that the E-book is saved in Unicode UTF-8 or
UTF-16 format.

An “Insuffucient Power” message is displayed on the screen
If your MP860 displays an “Insufficient Power” message, this means the device supplying USB power to your
digital music player is not outputting stable or adequate voltage to charge the player’s internal battery. This
message does not indicate a problem with the music player.
