You can use the Noise Canceling effect to obtain some peace and quiet.
1. Connect the supplied headphones to your Walkman, and from the Home menu, select
[Noise Canceling] [Noise Canceling: On/Off] [On].
2. From the Home menu, select [Noise Canceling] [Quiet Mode].
