Transferred data is not displayed in its list.
Vide
os and photos in unsupported format may not be recognized by the player and
may not appear in a list (

If y
ou rename a video file that is transferred from a computer to the player, or move
it to another folder, it may not be recognized by the player and may not appear in a
video list.

ta was placed in the wrong location by drag-and-drop.

ace the data in the correct place by drag-and-drop (

The b
uilt-in flash memory of the player was formatted using Windows Explorer.

rmat the built-in flash memory on the player (

When [All Songs] or [Album] is selected, all the songs will appear, but some songs
do not appear when [Folder] is selected.

Canceling in noisy places such as outside or in a train. For this, you may hear
white noise in a quiet place even if you release Noise Canceling.

ice emitting radio signals, such as a mobile phone is being used near the
player.

en using devices such as mobile phones, keep them away from the player.

sic data imported from CDs, etc., is damaged.

lete the data, then import and transfer it again. When importing data to your
computer, close any other applications to avoid data damage.
