Operation
There is no sound.
The v
olume level is set to zero.

n the volume up (

eadphone plug is not connected properly.

he headphones are connected improperly, the sound from the headphones will
be impaired. Insert the headphone plug until it clicks into place (

eadphone plug is dirty.

layback limitation period of the song has expired due to subscription
conditions, etc.
So
ngs with an expired playback limitation period cannot be played back. Update
them using the software used for transferring.
Songs or photos cannot be deleted on the player.

u cannot delete songs or photos on the player.

lete them using the software you used to transfer the data, or Windows
Explorer.
