PROBLEM SOLUTION
Files or data are
missing.
• Check if the USB cable has been disconnected
during fi le or data transmission. If this is the case,
it may cause serious damage not only to fi les/data
but also to the product. Samsung is not responsible
for data loss.
Abnormal play time
display during play.
• Check if the fi le is in Variable Bit Rate (VBR) format.
Abnormal display of fi le
name.
• Go to <Settings> → <Language> → <Contents>
in the Main Menu screen and set an appropriate
language.
The product is hot.
• Heat may be generated during recharging. This has
no effect on the product life or functions.
A message appears
while watching a video.
• Try to download the video clip through EmoDio
again.
Bluetooth connections
could not be made.
• Check if the stereo headset is Bluetooth-certifi ed.
Mono hands-free headsets are not supported.
• The Bluetooth connection can be set off if you turn
the player or stereo headset off and on. In this case,
try to connect again.
• If you want to talk on your mobile phone, check if
you have set off the Bluetooth connections between
player and stereo headset.
• If you want to talk on your mobile phone, check if
you have set the player to <Discoverable> in the
<Bluetooth Settings> → <Discover Option>.
If set to <Non-Discoverable>, you can’t fi nd the
player on your mobile phone.
