This section helpsyou with the first time installation of
your Philips iBoom Home.
1. Plug your iBoomHome intoa wall outlet using the
Attached PowerAdapter.
2. Insert your iPod into the cradle of your iBoom Home.
D Note: The volume control onyour iPod is disabled
while docked.Instead,adjust the volume to the desired
level by pressing theVolume/Hour button on your iBoom
Home.
3. Withthe dial set to eitherAlarm On orAlarm Off,
press the ListenTo button until the iPod icon appears.
4. ClickPlay on your iPod to enjoy your music instereo
sound on iBoom Home.
D Note: In the eventof a poweroutage,your iBoom
Home has abattery backup toensure that the correct
time and alarm settingsare maintained.You will needto
install 2 xAA batteries (available separately) intothe
battery compartment located on thebottom of the
unit.Be sure tofollow the polarity as indicated.
