SETUP & OPERATIONS
Setting Clock and Calendar
1. Press and hold the TIME SET button until the display flashes. Turn the SEARCH wheel until the current time is displayed. Remember to
set the correct AM or PM (an icon to the right of the time display is the PM indicator; there is no AM indicator.)
2. Press the TIME SET button again to confirm clock setting.
3. The year display at the lower right will flash. Press the TIME SET button to accept the current setting, or turn the SEARCH wheel until
current year is displayed. Press the TIME SET button to confirm year setting.
4. The date will display at the lower right flashing. Press the TIME SET button to accept the current setting or turn the SEARCH wheel until
current date is displayed. Press the TIME SET button to confirm date setting.
Setting Alarm Time
This unit has two alarm settings.
1. Press and hold the ALARM 1 button or ALARM 2 button until the display flashes. Turn the SEARCH wheel until the desired Alarm Time is
displayed. Select either AM or FM (an icon to the right of the time will light up indicating PM; there is no AM indicator.)
2. Press WAKE TO button and select the option for desired alarm sound: iPod, radio or buzzer.
3. Press the ALARM 1 button or ALARM 2 button again to exit the setting mode.
Notes:
• Once you set the Alarm Time, the alarm will be automatically armed. The Alarm Icon and Wake Icon will appear to indicate the alarm is
armed.
• Make sure to adjust the volume level for comfortable wake-up volume.
Charging you iPod
Note: Please make sure you are using the correct insert for your iPod and that it is properly docked into i177. Failure to do so may cause
damage to your iPod.
While your iPod is docked in the system, it recharges (until fully charged). Note that other non-docking iPod will NOT charge.
